風(fēng)道電加熱器主要用于風(fēng)道中的空氣加熱規(guī)格分為低溫、中溫、高溫三種形式,在結(jié)構(gòu)上的共同之處是采用鋼板支撐電熱管以減少電熱管的振動(dòng),接線(xiàn)盒中都裝有超溫控制裝置。

風(fēng)道式電加熱器用于工業(yè)風(fēng)道、空調(diào)風(fēng)道與各行業(yè)空氣通過(guò)對(duì)空氣的加熱,提高輸出空氣的溫度,一般在風(fēng)道橫向開(kāi)口插入。根據(jù)風(fēng)道工作溫度分低溫、中溫和高溫;根據(jù)風(fēng)道內(nèi)風(fēng)速分低風(fēng)速、中風(fēng)速和高風(fēng)速。

開(kāi)工調(diào)試關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)是烘爐及煮油。
1.烘爐
烘爐的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)是嚴(yán)格按廠(chǎng)家提供的烘爐曲線(xiàn)緩慢升溫,控制爐出口油溫在90℃以下,嚴(yán)禁采用大火,以免造成爐體開(kāi)裂。根據(jù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)一般小型導(dǎo)熱油爐的烘爐時(shí)間3~4天;大型6~7天。
2.煮油
常將新導(dǎo)熱油脫出水分及輕組分的過(guò)程稱(chēng)為煮油。煮油的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)是嚴(yán)格按廠(chǎng)家提供的升溫曲線(xiàn)緩慢升溫,脫水、排氣要徹底才能保證系統(tǒng)的安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。
(1) 脫水階段——油溫95~135℃區(qū)間
在導(dǎo)熱油加熱溫度由95℃升至135℃的區(qū)間,為緩慢升溫、脫水排氣階段,控制升溫速度在5℃/h以下。當(dāng)出現(xiàn)排氣量大,泵壓加大,壓力表指針擺動(dòng)較大,管道振動(dòng)加速時(shí),必須停止升溫,保持恒溫狀態(tài),必要時(shí)可打開(kāi)爐門(mén)減弱燃燒,
待現(xiàn)象減緩,泵出口壓力降至0.1MPa再行升溫。如此反復(fù)幾次,才能將水分排凈,直到放空管不再有氣體排出,壓力表指針停止波動(dòng)即為脫水合格。此時(shí),系統(tǒng)還需再繼續(xù)運(yùn)行2~3h,直至完全穩(wěn)定。
脫水時(shí)間長(zhǎng)短視系統(tǒng)含水情況而不同,短則十幾小時(shí),長(zhǎng)則數(shù)十日。切不可為縮短脫水時(shí)間盲目加快升溫過(guò)程以免引起“突沸”噴油,造成安全事故。
(2)脫輕組分階段——油溫210~230℃區(qū)間
210~230℃的區(qū)間為脫出輕組分階段,控制升溫速度10℃/h。脫水過(guò)程完成后,以30℃/h升溫速度升至210℃,當(dāng)溫度升至210℃時(shí),導(dǎo)熱油中所含低沸物即輕組分的揮發(fā),又將出現(xiàn)脫水階段的現(xiàn)象,處理方法同脫水階段。脫輕結(jié)束后,系統(tǒng)需繼續(xù)運(yùn)行4小時(shí),至完全穩(wěn)定。
脫輕組分過(guò)程與導(dǎo)熱油的質(zhì)量有關(guān),不同牌號(hào)、不同質(zhì)量導(dǎo)熱油的脫輕過(guò)程不同。
(3)上述脫水及脫輕階段,嚴(yán)禁關(guān)閉熱油泵。當(dāng)溫度升至200以上時(shí)應(yīng)對(duì)設(shè)備和整個(gè)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行一次全面檢查,查看各連接部位有否泄露,高位槽(膨脹器)是否保持正常液位,各部位螺栓是否有松動(dòng)等,發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題及時(shí)處理。

1、外形尺寸圖中尺寸“B”必須全部浸入油中免燒壞元件。被加熱油應(yīng)無(wú)腐蝕性。
2、SRY3型的工作液面必須在緊固件之下,尺寸線(xiàn)“B”之上。
3、熔化瀝青、石蠟等固態(tài)油類(lèi)時(shí)應(yīng)降低電壓使用,等熔化后再升至額定電壓。以防止電量集中降低元件使用壽命。
4、發(fā)現(xiàn)管子表面有結(jié)碳時(shí),必須除盡后再用,以免降低效率,甚至燒壞元件。
5、元件應(yīng)存放于干燥外,若因長(zhǎng)期放置而絕緣電阻降到低于1兆歐時(shí),可在200℃左右的烘箱中干燥若干小時(shí)(或?qū)⒃蛪和ㄟ^(guò)數(shù)小時(shí)),即或恢復(fù)絕緣電阻。
